Rate: $104.00– single occupancy/double occupancy, plus applicable taxes.
Attendees need to make their own reservations by contacting the hotel directly. You may do so by calling the Reservations Department at
1 800 HOLIDAY or 518-458-7264. Guests should identify themselves with New York Gang Investigators Association group.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or first night's deposit in order to be confirmed.
Individual reservations may be cancelled without penalty outside of 24 hours prior to arrival. If cancelled within 24 hours of arrival, the Hotel
will charge you for the first night's room and tax.
A no-show reservation will be charged first night's room and tax.
A limited number of rooms are available; please make your reservation early so you are eligible for the discounted rate, cut-off date is
June 27, 2012. After that, rooms will no longer be available at the special rate.
The New York Gang Investigators Association is pleased to announce its 2012 Sixth Annual New York State Gang Training
Conference. This training conference will provide the most current and reliable street gang information available to our
membership. The NYGIA has gathered an array of speakers from throughout the United States that will focus on the recognition
and identification of Latino Gangs, Prison Gangs, Female Gang Members and Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs. We also have special
guest speakers that will focus on Intervention and Prevention strategies for at-risk youth.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to costs incurred by the NYGIA prior to a conference, refunds will only be issued to cancellations up to July 16, 2012. Refunds will be sent
within 14 days after the CONCLUSION of the Conference. Paid registrations will NOT be refunded for registrants who fail to attend the Conference.
