Phil Chalmers is America’s leading authority on juvenile violence. He has interviewed over 200 teen killers and
school shooters; he has been studying youth culture and violence for over 25 years. Instead of learning about
these crimes from textbooks, Phil has spoken to these individuals themselves. Phil has interviewed and interacted
with numerous crime personalities, including Charles Manson, David "Son of Sam" Berkowitz, The Hillside Stran-
gler, serial killer Danny Rolling, and school shooters Luke Woodham from Pearl, Michael Carneal from Paducah,
Barry Loukaitis from Moses Lake, Mitchell Johnson from Jonesboro, Jamie Rouse from Lynville, and many more.
In addition to training law enforcement and youth resources, Phil also conducts school assemblies to Middle and
High School students on bullying and other youth stressors.
During his presentation, Phil will cover over 50 cases of juvenile violence, homicide and mass murder. He will
explain why juveniles do what they do, what warning signs police, counselors, school staff and the public should
look for and what triggers these violent acts. Phil will also update attendees with today’s youth culture, what drives
these kids and what they are thinking. He will show personal interview videos and hundreds of crime scene photos.
Every attendee will take home a valuable seminar booklet to refer back to after the seminar. The most
