Attendees must present law enforcement credentials upon entry

 

This conference is for law enforcement personnel interested in increasing their knowledge in Gang/STG investigations.  The conference will highlight the effectiveness of identifying and documenting violent street Gangs & Prison Security Threat Groups (STG) that deal in criminal activity, narcotics, as well as trafficking contraband in prisons.
Students will receive an in-depth overview and practical instruction on the impact of Street Gangs & Prison Security Threat Groups on Separatists and Sovereign Citizen groups.

Outlaw Motorcycle Gang Investigation

 

 

 

Chuck Schoville President of the Arizona Gang Investigators Association (AZGIA) and is the current President of the International Outlaw Motorcycle Gang Investigators Association (IOMGIA).  During Chuck’s career with the Tempe, Arizona Police Department, he specialized in the supervision of major gang organizations, which has included numerous investigations involving the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club as well as numerous criminal street gangs/organizations.

 

Domestic Terrorism Separatist Sovereign Citizens

 

 

Attendees will learn what is a “Sovereign Citizen” and other “Hate Groups”.

Security Threat Groups, STG Trends North Carolina & South Carolina Department of Corrections

 

Attendees will learn how to monitor and manage prison gangs as well as understand the influence of criminal street gang members on our prison system and in our communities.  Attendees will gain an understanding of services which can be provided by a Security Threat Group Unit.

Muslim/Islam What’s the Connection?

 

Attendees will gain information on the religion of Islam and Muslim culture, as well as guidelines for the Islamic Faith, within the correctional setting. The Muslim Clinical Chaplain will discuss how Muslim inmates who have biased personal and political viewpoints can take certain verses of the Holy Qur’an out of context.
